LTXÂ is a complete series of active and passive speakers designed specifically for a wide range of commercial and residential installations. The speaker systems are hosted in rugged plywood enclosures available in black or white and offering refined and unobtrusive aesthetics, capable of fitting into any environment.
All the cabinets feature multiple suspension points plus dedicated accessories for a wide choice of mounting options. The optional KPTLTP bracket is ideal for installation on walls or ceilings with an adjustable tilt and swivel for the perfect coverage angle. For horizontal mounting or a low profile installation on walls, ceiling or stage structures, the KPTLTX10 ‘C-shape’ bracket is recommended. Additionally, the LTX8, LTX10 and LTX12 models are fitted with a standard 35mm pole adapter for use with conventional speaker stands and wall mounts.
For high-frequency reproduction, Proel has designed a custom symmetrical 90×90° dispersion horn, able to provide constant coverage for large audiences in both vertical and horizontal installations, and detailed response with low distortion. The high-excursion woofers together with carefully tuned vented cabinets, offer an extended response with deep and tight basses.
Inside the LTX passive cabinets are carefully designed analog linear phase crossover filters, and HF protection circuits, finished with a locking SPEAKON connector for secure audio connections.
