AVE is a wholesale/distributor working strictly with B2B and account customers. To purchase our products please visit the ‘Find A Dealer‘ page to locate your nearest stockist.

Manuals are available for download on the product pages, simply select the ‘Documents’ tab. If a product does not contain a manual please contact us via support@avecorp.com.au

If you have purchased a product from us or one of our authorised dealers, yes. We have product specialists that can provide assistance, simply call us on 03 9706 5325 or send an email to support@avecorp.com.au with your request

Warranty periods vary from brand to brand, please visit the Warranty Information page for your brand’s warranty information

Warranty claims are made through the store that you purchased the product from, this includes products that were sent from AVE on a dealers behalf (dropship).

If the product was purchased from us then please visit the Service & Repairs page and complete the online RA application form.

If your product is under its warranty period, one of our Authorised Service Agents.

If your product is outside of the warranty period or you believe that warranty would be excluded, then your local electronics service centre will be able to assist.
